Life is full of changes, whether professional or personal — and each one carries tax implications. Our articles and videos provide useful guidance, but some situations require a tailored analysis. That’s why FBKConseils offers precise tax simulations, allowing you to freely project your ideas while we calculate their impact.

Whatever your question, if it can be quantified, we can provide a clear, data-driven answer.e.
Every client has their own way of approaching a study.
That’s why we offer two approaches:
Or you prefer a collaborative meeting (in our offices or via videoconference). In this case, you don’t leave with a written document, but you can test scenarios live, ask unlimited questions, and refine your choices in real time.uestions et d’affiner vos choix en temps réel.
You share your questions and essential information with us, we prepare a fixed-price quote, and then deliver a full PDF report with our answers and simulations.
All our clients have one thing in common: they identified a financial or tax issue and wanted to understand its consequences before making a decision. Our approach goes beyond delivering numbers. We take the time to explain the tax and economic rules behind our results.
Our goal is for you to leave not only with answers, but also with new knowledge that will help you anticipate future decisions.
All tax-related simulations are based on a complete tax return. If we have already prepared your return, the cost of a simulation is significantly reduced, since we already have your baseline data. Otherwise, we must first rebuild your tax profile before running alternative scenarios.

As explained above, the cost depends mainly on the simulation method you choose. If you book a time slot (generally between one and three hours), we charge for the actual time spent at an hourly rate of CHF 195. If you prefer a fixed-price simulation, the quote will be discussed during the free introductory meeting, then confirmed by email before any work begins. In practice, the cost of simulations ranges from around CHF 200 for the simplest cases to approximately CHF 1,000 for more complex files requiring in-depth analysis.
Every simulation begins with a free 20-minute introductory meeting to clearly define your situation and expectations. After this initial exchange, two approaches are possible:
There is no single answer, since simulations vary widely. During the free introductory meeting, we determine exactly which documents are needed for your case. In most situations, because these are simulations (not official procedures), documents play a secondary role. What matters most are the figures used as the basis for our calculations. The more accurate and detailed your data, the closer the simulation will reflect your actual financial and tax situation.
Timing depends on the season and the complexity of your request. On average, you can expect about one week. The turnaround may be shorter during quieter periods (e.g., summer) and slightly longer during peak tax season (January to June). In any case, FBKConseils will always confirm the exact timeframe before you commit, ensuring complete transparency.
Real estate is one of the most complex areas in terms of taxation and economics. Whether it’s:

Switzerland’s retirement system is based on three pillars: AVS (1st), occupational pension (2nd), and private savings (3rd). While the system is legally defined, the outcomes vary widely depending on each career path and savings strategy. Our simulations allow you to:
